Initiated the Justice Sector Reform including the reform of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, and Kosovo Judicial Council, vetting process of prosecutors and judges, Reforms on Corrections and Prison Policy, including countering violent extremism and radicalization in prison population. Reforms include amendment of Criminal Procedure and Penal Code. Reform of Bar Exam, notaries, and private enforcement agent licensing policies. Completed National Property Rights Reform Strategy. As Minister of EU completed comprehensive reforms across the central and local government. Public Administration Reform package of laws was passed. Increased donor budget to 200 mill Euro making Kosovo the largest recipient of EU funds per capita globally. National IPA Coordinator (NIPAC) and donor fund coordinator managed the EU projects funded in Kosovo and other donor projects. Background includes over six years in the security sector, in particular in the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Background includes over ten academic years of teaching experience at American University in Kosovo, and European School of Law and Governance. Background includes two years of political analysis, preparation of policy briefs, and international relations expertise. Background also includes two years of public relations and event management for the U.S and British diplomatic missions in Kosovo. Proven leader, adept in managing and coordinating 8000+ personnel.
